He obtained Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He served for over 30 years in Hindustan Photo Films in various capacities and gained Substantial industrial and managerial experience. He is actively involved in managing multiple organizations at present. Being the Secretary resident director he is taking lion’s share in the management and development of institutions.

In steering the Academics Prof. P.N. Murthy, Chairman of the Academic Governing Body, an eminent educationalist, technologist, who is a former professor and head of Aero Space Engineering Department, IIT Kanpur, Chairman Structures Panel, AR & DB, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India and Consultant to TCS, is the guiding spirit.

The Colleges are lead by Director Academics & Professor Emeritus, Dr. K.S.R.K. Prasad (Retired Professor of IIT Mumbai, Consultant for 'Light Combat Air Craft' developed by ADA, Bangalore, a unit of DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India).

Dr. D. Sravan Kumar (Former Professor of CSE at CBIT), a veteran and distinguished CSE/IT/MCA professor with proven leadership of over a decade. He has guided over 104 post graduate projects besides 5 Ph.D’s in the field of CSE in a number of Universities. His high Impact Innovative teaching certified by Cambridge, coupled with research guidance caliber recognized by IT giants like IBM and MICROSOFT is leading the Women's College as the Principal.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar is a young and dynamic scientist holding doctoral degree. He has a vast experience of decade as a researcher and has publications in national & international journal, attended various International conferences. He also has concurrent experience as a teacher at "Texas Christian University”, Fort worth, TX, USA and "Southern Methodist University", Dallas, TX, USA. He also worked for a year as a Research Scientist in a CRO Company “Sapala Organics Pvt Ltd" before joining KITE group of Colleges.
