Faculty Evaluations
A well conceived multi-dimensional evaluation of faculty facilitating transparent assessment of dedicated and committed faculty with out their chasing for the pleasure of seniors or juniors is evolved and being implemented. This in built evaluation mechanism is carried out twice a year enabling worthy faculty to earn up to a maximum of 3 increments in a year which was first successfully implemented at IARE by the present Director of Academics. This process utilizes the following 4 forms comprising:
- Self Assessment of faculty submitted by the concerned individual (substantiated with appropriate documentation)

- Peer Evaluation of faculty by their esteemed colleagues, heads of the departments, deans and principal with weightages
ranging from 1 to 3 respectively

- Student’s feedback in a candid format

- Summary evaluation executed by the academic authority (utilizing abstract from Forms 1 to 3 and using varying weightages loaded to help youngsters with relatively easier norms facilitating the juniors through progressively reducing the weightage for the seniors. Thus making it easy for the junior most to climb the academic ladder relatively at a fast pace compared to seniors.
